COVID - 19 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to recent global events our 'Shipping and Handling' along with our ATL policy has now been updated to align with new COVID-19 laws and safe handling practices issued by the Australian Government. 

*** Please note the following important changes ***

• All orders will now be processed as 'Authority to Leave' goods regardless of your request.
• A courier driver will ring the doorbell while maintaining a safe distance of 1.5m from your door to avoid any physical contact.
• Signatures on delivery will not be requested from couriers.
• If you agreed to 'Authority to Leave' your delivery process will remain the same.
• In the case the parcel cannot be left in a safe place (at driver discretion) the parcel will be taken to a collection point for pickup OR re delivery will be arranged. 

Please note couriers are experiencing numerous challenges which are impacting their services. Grounded flights, border closures a recent influx of online consumer purchases have caused significant delays.

ATL Information:

All orders shall automatically give the delivery company Authority To Leave the parcel/s at your nominated address, without requiring a signature, unless you advise the delivery company otherwise.

Failed Delivery:
If there is no safe place to leave your goods, or no access to your premises, the courier will leave a card along with an email advising of the failed delivery attempt with instructions. If there is a Pop Station or Newsagency available, your goods will be delivered there; otherwise taken to the nearest depot for re-delivery (at your expense).

We recommend nominating a work address or a residence that will be attended during business hours.

Re-Delivery fees:
Please note, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

Opting Out of ATL: (please note this option is not currently available during COVID-19 restrictions)
If you would like to opt out of our 'Authority to Leave' process, simply un-tick the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox at checkout, this will automatically create a note: 

* DO NOT LEAVE GOODS - SIGNATURE REQUIRED *

Please note: Once your goods are dispatched you are unable to OPT out of ATL.
